TIME
The ODC Winter 2023 will take place February 4-18, 2023.
PLACE
There will be two locations for ODC Winter 2023: Osijek and Almaty, as well as online.
A satellite location is a place where at least one of the mentors is physically present to interact with students, and where facilities like meeting space, library, and accommodation are available. For ODC Winter 2023, there is one satellite location planned in Almaty, Kazakhstan in addition to the main location in Osijek, Croatia. Potential doctoral students who can travel to these locations will attend in person and be connected to the other satellite location digitally. For those unable to travel to these satellite locations, an online option is available.

FEES AND PAYMENT
APPLICATION FEE
A 50 EURO non-refundable application fee should be paid right after the application is sent. Your application does not automatically imply acceptance in the program.

PROGRAM FEE
The ODC Winter 2023 program costs an additional 100 EURO for participants in Almaty and Osijek and 70 EURO for online participants. These program costs cover less than 10% of the cost of mentors, classrooms, the accommodation in hostels, coffee breaks, and food. This reduced fee is only available for participants from Central and Eastern Europe and from Central Asia. Those from other parts of the world should contact the Program Coordinator, Krisztina Olah (krisztina.olah@ceeams.org) for details about the program cost for them.
The program cost should be paid via Paypal or bank transfer before the program starts but not later than January 15, 2023. Participants in Almaty are allowed to pay the program fee on site during the first week of the colloquium. Please contact the Program Coordinator (yuridinabi@gmail.com) in case you want to use this opportunity.
SCHOLARSHIPS AND REIMBURSEMENT
Only in exceptional cases, a 100% scholarship will be granted that will cover the program fee.
Participants can apply for full or partly reimbursement of travel costs. Please use the following FORM to apply for a travel reimbursement.
Details will be shared with the applicants who will be accepted for the program.

Travel information:
- Direct flights to Osijek:
There are few direct flights to Osijek. Please check Osijek airport travel agency.
- Traveling to Budapest:
*Budapest to Osijek by bus: If you travel by bus, train, or plane to Budapest airport, there is regular once a day bus line to Osijek. Flixbus leaves at 17:25 and arrival in Osijek at 21:30. For online reservations click HERE.
*Budapest to Osijek by shuttle: We can arrange shuttle pick up at Budapest airport for you. It is 50 EUR per person/one direction. If there would be a group of people being picked up, transport is 35 EUR per person.
- Traveling to Zagreb:
If you travel by bus, train or plane to Zagreb, please check Arriva webpage. There are regular busses to Osijek, several times a day.
For those arriving at Zagreb airport, there is a shuttle to Zagreb bus station.
APPLICATION
Please fill in the following application form if you want to apply for the ODC Winter 2023 program. The registration is open until December 12, 2022. Only application forms that are fully completed, including Academic and Pastoral recommendations will be considered.
Applicants will receive feedback about the decision by December 22, 2022.
